The Dark Side of Manifestation

The Dark Side of Manifestation

Most people talk about manifestation as if it were a vision board, a gratitude list, and a cup of herbal tea. Light a candle, think happy thoughts, pretend you’re already the person you want to become.

I'm not saying this is useless. Far from it. I strongly, deeply, believe in positive thoughts, especially after doing a demonic magic ritual. The entities I work with don't appreciate pessimism, doubts, fear and self-fulfilling prophecies disguised as realism. They don't want losers who deep inside their hearts think nothing will truly change. They respond to clarity, confidence, and forward movement.

This infantilized and sterile manifestation turns power into a Pinterest board and focus into denial. Read my article about Twin Flames if you want to see a crazy example of manifestation going wrong.

Why “Small Manifestations” Are a Distraction

Another dangerous myth floating around in the manifestation world is the obsession with “starting small" or taking "baby steps". Online, you'll see individuals proudly claiming they manifested a parking spot, a free coffee, or a message from someone who doesn’t matter at all.

Come on, please. Let’s be honest: this is pure and simple spiritual procrastination. It's the illusion of progress. These silly goals require no courage, no self-transformation, no sacrifice and certainly no elevation. It keeps delusional people occupied without ever moving them toward what they truly want. It gives the ego a meaningless dopamine hit while avoiding the deeper work that would actually transform their life.

Do you think that a woman who really, really, really wants to change her destiny is busy trying to conjure a parking spot or manifesting green lights on the way home?

People who manifest don't take real, tangible actions to be closer to their goal. They want the outcome, of course, but not the elevation required to reach it. The lady who wants to marry rich doesn't understand that she needs to elevate herself first -in taste, in refinement, in standards, in the way she presents and carries her life. The guy obsessed with becoming famous is not working on his talent on a daily basis: he wants the spotlight but avoids the daily discipline required to earn it, and talent ignored becomes talent that dies. The man who dreams of being a millionaire doesn't want to to confront his debt, his spending patterns, or his financial self-sabotage. He wants millions but cannot manage hundreds.

These people cling to tiny manifestations because they’re afraid of the responsibility that comes with true success. Believe it because I see it, sadly, pretty often.

When the “Desire” Isn’t the Desire at All

I'll explain this with the permission of this dear customer. They wanted a luxury sports car, a very specific one. They wanted the specific brand, the color, the engine, the leather. The lifestyle, as well. So far, so good, until I perceived a strange vibration. Something felt off. It took me a long time to understand what was actually happening and after some back and forth, my customer told me they have a terrible, impossible to bear fear of driving. Actually, they hadn't drive in... seven years.

What does it mean? Easy. On the surface, they wanted the car but underneath, in the shadow where truth lives, they did not. The dream car was a symbolic desire and a safe fantasy of power. This fear was a tangible and real obstacle blocking the outcome of the magick work. Demons read your thoughts like an open book and you cannot manipulate them into believing that you want something you truly not. They see your contradictions and the hidden truths you refuse to face.

Allow me to repeat it: you cannot trick demons into believing you desire something you secretly reject.

What to do then? My goal is to help you, but I like to respect who you are and what your mind can handle. The fear of driving, also called amaxophobia, can be awful and debilitating. I know it's like being trapped in a moving prison. didn't want to encourage my customer to but they also needed to understand the truth: no luxury car will They will only attract confusing results. It was time to figure out a way to get over it. Why not to take special lessons at a driving school? My customer was embarrassed but they began slowly and gently and sure enough, everything shifted.

They just changed their mind about the color. Because once the fear was removed, they were finally able to choose based on desire, not panic pretending to be desire. The original color was chosen according to the persona they wanted to project, not the person they actually were. That color belonged to the fantasy version of themselves.

Another example (this time I won't be specific) is the girl who desires to marry a celebrity but doesn't want to be on the press.

The Truth People Don’t Want to Hear

Manifestation without self-transformation is delusion.

Once you admit those truths, you must take action that aligns with them. Not symbolic action or Instagram-aesthetic action that makes you feel magical for ten minutes but real action:

  • Make uncomfortable choices.
  • Study money.
  • Confront your fears.
  • Create discipline where you had excuses.
  • Become the person who can hold what you are asking for.

I need you to say: "I want more and I am willing to become the version of myself who can handle it.”

Because here is the conclusion nobody wants to say out loud: manifestation, by itself, is bullshit, it's daydreaming about a life you refuse to build with your hands. It rarely causes the outcome you want. Your thoughts create your reality... to a certain point. Your shadow creates the rest. Your discipline creates the rest. Your choices, your fire, your courage, your evolution... that is what moves reality

Demonic magick doesn’t reward wishful thinking. It rewards transformation, truth and becoming the version of yourself your dream requires.

That is the real work.
And that is where everything finally begins.

Manifesting and doing energy or spell work is just the beginning. Then you need to move on and feel, think and act differently.

So then what can we do to overcome those fears and “blocks”?
that’s the very crux of desire – very often there is another part that rejects it for some reason, and often that reason is buried deep in the unconscious, for example not feeling worthy, or some irrational fear.

Also what kind of processes and work does Lila recommend regarding shadow work and personal transformation?

Wow, another classic kick-in-the-pants article by Lila. Some of her pieces strike me hard, since deep inside, I know that on occasion do I ask for more than what my nervous system can handle or thinks I deserve, and am also guilty of petitioning love spells over targets that I didn’t fully or truly want, but were only a fleeting fascination. Truth be told, I knew it internally that I didn’t want this person for keeps, but my ego did not admit it and went ahead with the spell instead. The result had me get the person, but had them leave the country few months later for my internal channels did not wish to sustain the relationship, thus echoing my genuine desires.

Please be mindful of the fact that demons promote authenticity over social conditioning. Each person has their individual path of success, which has nothing to do with flaunting a sports car, marrying a celebrity, being an influencer or becoming an entrepreneur upon consuming the content of bizgurus. Understand who you are and play to your strengths instead of a farcical attempt at trying to fit in. Lastly, identity shifting helps, but oftentimes, demons allow you to make mistakes and learn things the hard, systematic way. Hence, introspect, think through the spells, prepare the circumstances and then go for the purchase
