Can a Spell Help You Win a Court Case?

Do you believe in justice? Are you involved in a legal dispute and terrified of what might happen?

As a demonic witch who has absolutely no faith in the justice system, I consider court case spells among my favorite and most successful rituals.

In this article, I will explain exactly how these spells work and why getting your way in court with the help of demonic magick is easier than you think.

Bind the Tongue of Your Enemy

Life is unfair. Repulsive individuals are still walking free while the less fortunate by the lottery of life are forced to keep their heads down. Strangely, the courts reflect much of the same: guilty people get away and grieving families are forced to watch those responsible for their loss receive little more than a slap on the wrist.

One of the most unsettling realities of life is the realization that the institution created to provide justice to its citizens is more benevolent to those who are not right.

The existence of spells to win in court in antiquity proves that people have distrusted justice for thousands of years. Or, at least, that they were unwilling to leave their fate in the hands of the law. There is abundant evidence of rituals to bind an opponent's tongue, silence a witness, or directly influence those responsible for deciding the outcome. One particularly interesting example, dating to around 300 BC, targets several people involved in the same dispute. The purpose of the spell was to interfere with the opponent's speech, thoughts, and movements, preventing them from speaking or acting against the person who cast it. A very, very clever working. If your adversary could not even act rationally, half the battle was already won.”

In Ancient Rome, one of the most lethal forms of magick in existence, the defixio, also had its own version for winning in court. Known as defixiones iudiciariae, these curse tablets were made to shift the proceedings in favor of the person who commissioned the work. More than fifty tablets have been identified as belonging specifically to this category. Court magick was a response to a society in which legal disputes were extremely common and had very real consequences.

Today

Obviously, today's legal battles are considerably more complex. We live in an infinitely more bureaucratic world. An enormous number of elements influence a legal battle: police, lawyers, prosecutors, experts, doctors, witnesses, jurors, documentation, precedents, and much more. In other words, you are placing your future and sometimes your entire life in the hands of countless people and circumstances over which you have little or zero control.

On a personal level, I think it is insane to pretend that the justice system works. The advice I always give is to stay away from the law as much as possible and accept that it is just an agreement on the closest approximation to fairness that can be reached, at maximum. This point of view is normal because witches have a natural aversion to justice. After all, it’s the same institution that once persecuted and executed us. Most people only begin to question the fairness of the system when something terrible happens to them and  they realize that no one is coming to their rescue. We, on the other hand, have known this reality for centuries.

Few chapters in the history of justice are more shameful than the witch trials. An accusation of witchcraft could be enough to place a woman under suspicion, while perfectly ordinary aspects of her behavior, the way she spoke, her habits, or even marks on her body could be interpreted as evidence against her.

So, infiltrating the system and turning it to my advantage through demonic magick is one of the most satisfying aspects of my profession.

The Truth About Court Case Spells

However, we live in the real world, and sometimes, we need to play the game.

You may go through life without ever committing a crime, but that doesn't mean you will never find yourself entangled in a legal dispute. Lawsuits, divorces, inheritance disputes, financial conflicts... There are myriad ways to end up at the mercy of the courts.

This is where demonic magick enters the equation.

As one of the most successful rituals in my repertoire, court case spells hold a special place in my practice. I find them immensely satisfying to perform. They amuse me a great deal. But how exactly does a demonic spell to win in court work? Legal proceedings can be so complicated that it is perfectly understandable to find the whole process difficult to grasp.

In reality, the principle behind the ritual is simple.

A court case spell does not focus exclusively on the final verdict. Instead, it takes advantage of the intricacies of the legal system to influence the circumstances surrounding the case, long before a final decision is made. Every person involved, every piece of evidence, and every decision along the way represent another potential point of intervention. A legal battle is not decided in a single moment: it is the result of a succession of events.

This is why the chances of success are immense. There is a lot of room to make a court case spell work. Everything is plausible. As I explained before, the system has become incredibly complex, and it is precisely this complexity that works in favor of court case rituals. There are now so many factors capable of determining how a case ends that the possibilities for the ritual to succeed multiply accordingly. I always explain to my clients involved in messy, difficult legal situations: it doesn't matter how difficult your case is. Forget about the how.

For example: the justice system is overwhelmed, even in the most developed countries. People who work within it are tired and just want to get out of there. Apathy is common. You wouldn't believe how many times, after performing a court case spell, the outcome has been influenced by something as simple as a court employee misplacing a document or making a mistake. An attorney has ten business days to file a response to a complaint? In the scenario envisioned by the ritual, one problem after another gets in the way, until they suddenly remember the deadline on the eleventh day. When it's too late.

Every additional element introduces new possibilities.

The magical approach depends entirely on the circumstances, but generally speaking, I work with three demons simultaneously, each with a different purpose: Belial, Paimon, and Forneus. One makes you appear charming and persuasive, influencing those who are judging you. Another creates obstacles and complications throughout the legal proceedings. The third is called upon to protect your reputation, doing whatever it takes to ensure that nothing damages it.

With these three powers combined, success is guaranteed. If you are the defendant, the case will be dismissed for the most ridiculous reason. If you are the plaintiff, the opposing party will be backed into a corner until they agree to your demands. I have witnessed every conceivable outcome, from million-dollar settlements to "impossible" cases being decided in my clients' favor and making the process a nightmare for the other party involved.

I don't care who is right or wrong. My job is to make sure my clients get their way. I have no respect for the justice system, and my conscience is perfectly clear. My only requirement is that they be honest with me about what happened. I understand that some people lie about what happened because they're afraid of being judged. There's no need for that. I'm not here to judge anyone. I'm here to do my job, and I need to know exactly what happened. If you hide things from me, I cannot perform the ritual to its full potential.

The conclusion is simple: you can hire the best attorney, prepare your case carefully, and do everything by the book. But once the proceedings begin, there is only so much you can control. We Luciferians have never believed in leaving our fate in the hands of strangers. And I see no reason why my clients should have to do so either.
